Most of our products are despatched the same day you buy, with many cards and gifts available to order on an Expressed Tracked delivery up until 9.30pm. We offer a range of options so you can choose if you need it in hurry or are happy to wait. But we recommend choosing a tracked service so you can stay up to date on where your order is.

Guaranteed Tracked Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm 1 day Guaranteed to arrive by 1pm next day (Mon - Fri). Signature required on delivery.
Saturday Guaranteed Tracked Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm 1 day Guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on Saturday. Signature required on delivery.
International Delivery Royal Mail International Post 5 to 7 days for Europe, 7 to 10 days for the rest of the world Delivered to any international address. Please allow up to 7 days for Europe and 10 days for the rest of the world. There is no tracking available for this service.

Our Delivery Partners

Most of our options are delivered by the Royal Mail, however, to give you the best price and service some of our Express Tracked services are sent with different couriers.

Evri - Giant Cards and Wrapping Paper

Deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm on Saturdays. No signature is required and if the recipient is not at home the item will be left in a safe place. If no safe place is found, Evri will attempt redelivery (up to 3 times).

DPD - Flowers

Orders can be delivered 7 days a week and will be between 7am and 7pm.

DHL - Alcohol

Orders can be delivered Monday to Friday

Yodel - Towels, Blankets & Cushions

Orders can be delivered Monday - Saturday. If the recipient is not at home the item will be left in a safe place. If no safe place is found, Yodel will attempt redelivery (up to 3 times)

Will Products Arrive Together?

Where we can we pack items together to reduce the number of letters and parcels we send and to reduce your delivery costs. However, sometimes we send different products from different factories so on these occasions they will be packed separately and have their own charge.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day however the remaining can take up to 3 working days to arrive. Flower deliveries are via DPD and customers receive a text message with a 1hour delivery window on selected delivery date.

What is the Estimated Delivery date?

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day (Mon - Sat) the remainder could take up to 3 working days to arrive. They are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For next day delivery please choose Special Delivery or Tracked 24.

My order still hasn't arrived!

If you order was sent by First Class post please note that we do state it can take up to 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.

If your order was sent by RM Tracked 24 then you should have received an email with a Tracking number which you can use to track your order.

If the item has still not been received with this timescale or there is an issue with the tracking, please click CONTACT FORM and always include your ORDER NUMBER and we will respond ASAP and do our best to help to resolve the issue.

I need to cancel or change my order

As per the message in the basket at time of sale we do ask customers to ensure order is correct before payment is made. We are unable to cancel or amend orders after payment is completed.
