Will Products Arrive Together?
Where we can we pack items together to reduce the number of letters and parcels we send and to reduce your delivery costs. However, sometimes we send different products from different factories so on these occasions they will be packed separately and have their own charge.

DPD deliveries will be made the next day following despatch. A mobile number is requested at the time of order and a text message will be
sent to confirm a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery. Orders can be delivered 7 days a week and will be between 7am and 7pm
on the chosen Delivery Date.
Every endeavour is made to deliver the flowers on the chosen date but it is not a guaranteed service and on occasions can take 48 hours.

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed.
The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day (Mon - Sat) the remainder could take up to 3 working days to arrive.
They are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For next day delivery please choose Special Delivery or Tracked 24.

If you order was sent by First Class post please note that we do state it can take up to 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.
If your order was sent by RM Tracked 24 then you should have received an email with a Tracking number which you can use to track your order.
If the item has still not been received with this timescale or there is an issue with the tracking, please click CONTACT FORM and always
include your ORDER NUMBER and we will respond ASAP and do our best to help to resolve the issue.
