Mugs are packaged individually to prevent damage during transit. Because each mug is packed and sent as a separate item, individual postage charges apply — even if they arrive together or are delivered by the same courier.
We use recyclable cardboard boxes sized specifically for mugs to help protect them from breakage, which is why they are sent separately.
