All card orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday with the Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) delivery option, will be posted the same day (unless a future delivery date is specified at time of order). Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be posted on the next available working day. Some personalised orders are excluded from same day dispatch.
All card orders placed by 9.30pm Monday to Friday or on Sundays with Express Tracked or Standard Tracked delivery option, will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 9.30pm will be posted the next available posting day.
