Royal Mail deliver 1st Class mail (Mon - Sat), with an expected delivery timeframe of 1-3 days.

Orders received by 7pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday will be posted the same day (unless a future delivery date is specified at time of order). Orders placed after 7pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Orders are usually delivered in 24 hours but can take up to 2 days. Delivery available 6 days a week (excluding public holidays). Orders must be placed before 9:30pm every week day and Sundays for same day dispatch. Signature is currently not required.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Orders are usually delivered in 48 hours but can take up to 3 days. Delivery available 6 days a week (excluding public holidays). Orders must be placed before 9:30pm every week day and Sundays for same day dispatch. Signature is currently not required.

Guaranteed Tracked service through Royal Mail. Delivery will be made before 1pm on selected Delivery Date. A signature will be required on delivery, If there is no-one at home, delivery will be attempted the following day. If delivery is not completed on the second attempt a card will be left for collection at the local sorting office.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Friday for this service. Orders place after 4pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over a weekend or on a Public Holiday will be despatched on the next available working day.
