Royal Mail delivers 1st Class mail from Monday to Saturday, and you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 days.

If you place your order by 4pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) or by 12pm on Saturday, we'll send it out the same day, unless you've chosen a later delivery date when ordering. Orders made outside of these times will be sent out on the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 97% of orders are delivered the next day - available 6 days a week (excluding public holidays). Orders must be placed before 9:30pm every week day including Sundays for same day dispatch. Signature is currently not required

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 94% of orders are delivered within 2 DAYS but can take up to 3 days (no delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays). Orders must be placed before 9:30pm every week day including Sundays for same day dispatch. Signature is currently not required

Guaranteed Tracked service through Royal Mail. Delivery will be made before 1pm on selected Delivery Date. A signature will be required on delivery. If there is no-one at home, delivery will be attempted the following day. If delivery is not completed on the second attempt a card will be left for collection at the local sorting office.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be made before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders after this time or placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
