If you have an existing Prepay balance, you can continue to use it on eligible purchases. Any existing Prepay balance will be automatically applied at checkout where it can be used for your order.
Prepay credit can be used on all cards and gifts except:
- Hampers
- Flowers
- Alcohol
- Gift Cards
- Experience Gifts
Please note that while existing Prepay balances remain valid, it is no longer possible to add additional funds to your account.
