Most of our products are despatched the same day you buy, with many cards and gifts available to order on an Expressed Tracked delivery up until 9.30pm. We offer a range of options so you can choose if you need it in hurry or are happy to wait. But we recommend choosing a tracked service so you can stay up to date on where your order is.

Most of our options are delivered by the Royal Mail, however, to give you the best price and service some of our Express Tracked services are sent with different couriers.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm on Saturdays. No signature is required and if the recipient is not at home the item will be left in a safe place. If no safe place is found, Evri will attempt redelivery (up to 3 times).

Where we can we pack items together to reduce the number of letters and parcels we send and to reduce your delivery costs. However, sometimes we send different products from different factories so on these occasions they will be packed separately and have their own charge.

There is no tracking available for 1st class post
There are 3 Special Delivery options:
Guaranteed delivery before 9am the next working day

A signature will be required on delivery, If there is no-one at home a card will be left for collection at the local sorting office.
All items have a Tracking Number which can be used to trace an item on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
*Calendars take us one day to produce and are therefore dispatched the day after you place your order for delivery the following day
DPD deliveries will be made the next day following despatch. A mobile number is requested at the time of order and a text message will be sent to confirm a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery. Orders can be delivered 7 days a week and will be between 7am and 7pm on the chosen Delivery Date.
Every endeavour is made to deliver the flowers on the chosen date but it is not a guaranteed service and on occasions can take 48 hours.

Cards and selected Gifts can be sent direct to recipient in Europe and anywhere in the world. Royal Mail advise that the Airmail service to Europe can currently take up to 7 working days for delivery.

Yodel deliveries will be made the next day following despatch. However this is not a guaranteed next day service and on occasions may take up to 3 days. No signature is required and if the recipient is not at home the item wlll be left in a safe place. If no safe place is found, Yodel will attempt redelivery (up to 3 times). Timescales for delivery will be longer (approx. 3-4 days) for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day (Mon - Sat) the remainder could take up to 3 working days to arrive. They are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For next day delivery please choose Special Delivery or Tracked 24.
If you order was sent by First Class post please note that we do state it can take up to 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.
If your order was sent by RM Tracked 24 then you should have received an email with a Tracking number which you can use to track your order.
